What is the return policy?
Some items are not eligible for a return due to hygiene and safety reasons, if your item is eligible for a return please contact us via email. Please note the return/shipping cost is at the buyer’s expense and original shipping fees will not be refunded. Once returned to our office the item will be inspected to ensure it has not been used or opened, following this a refund will be processed minus the delivery fee.
Items must be returned within 7 working days for a refund. Returns must be unopened and will be inspected upon return.

How long does delivery take?
All UK orders placed before our collection cut off (MON-FRI 1pm, SAT & SUN 11am) will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked48 which is usually 2-4 working days delivery (Please note that weekends and bank holidays do not class as working days)
International orders will take approx. 2-3 weeks
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Yes! Our products help with tanning, not sun protection. Always wear sunscreen when exposed to the sun.
